Terms and Conditions of our DropShip Service

  1. DropShip247 is a trading name for 365 Enterprises Pty Ltd.

  3. Credit card charges appear as "365 Enterprises Richmond" on your credit card statement.
  4. In order to make purchases on you will need to apply for, and be granted access to a DropShip account - once approved you will qualify for our dropship prices.
  5. All prices displayed in the checkout page are inclusive of GST.
  6. Dropshippers are responsible for looking after all customer service of their clients, and their customers. DropShip247 contract of sale is with the dropshipper (our customer) and not with the end customer. We cannot be held responsible for any issues that may arise which are beyond our control, such as, but not limited to you (the dropshipper) selling an out of stock item.
  7. All goods remain the property of DropShip247, up to the point that they have been paid for, and have left our warehouse.
  8. All goods sold by are novelties, and 365 Enterprises, cannot be held responsible for any injuries that may arise with their use.
  9. Occasionally images showing and displaying products, might vary from the actual product. Generally this might be where a manufacturer has updated packaging.
  10. Please do not hotlink to images in the feed, or on our website. We ask that you download the images in the feed, and host them. It will make your website quicker also.
  11. Non-delivered parcels - in the event a parcel is returned to us for non-delivery, you (the dropshipper) will be contacted, and an additional charge may be required to resend the parcel to your customer.
  12. DropShip247 Returns policy - Faulty Goods Warranty
    • We have a 14 day faulty replacement warranty (some brands have longer warranties)
    • Contact our customer service team on email, stating your order number, the issue at hand, and we will contact you with further details and information
  13. DropShip247 Returns policy - Change of heart/Unwanted goods
    • Unfortunately due to the very nature of sex toys, it is very difficult to accept potentially used sex toys as an unwanted return. For the very real health and hygiene issue it presents to our staff, and any other customer we do not offer a change of mind returns policy if the product has sealed packaging which has been opened. In other situations, we may accept a return if you, as the dropshipper can guarantee (contact us for more information).
      • the product has not been opened or used
      • the product are intact, in their original packaging, undamaged
      • the product must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt
    • Note: If, when the return is received by us, our technician thinks it has been opened, and used, then we may not accept the return. The dropshipper may be liable for any costs in return of an product in this case.
  14. Any fraudulent activity, like the use of stolen credit cards, or non-payment, or any subsequent denial of payments received through our bank will be referred to our debt collection service, and our lawyers for retrieval.

Any information, images, or material on this website is the property of 365 Enterprises, Dropship247, and any other respective Copyright holder, and is not to be copied, republished, reprinted, or transmitted, without prior written and expressed consent of an authorised representative of 365 Enterprises and DropShip247.
  16. You do not have permission or rights to use, or publish content from any other websites that 365 Enterprises controls or manages, or any other drop ship websites using DropShip247 products. Should we be contacted in regards to copyright breaches, or DMCA complaints with regard to your website then we will investigate, and if deemed necessary cancel your account access immediately until resolved.
  17. Any orders (both for an end customer and also credit purchases) which are greater than 180 days old, and have been completed will be removed from this website. Our offline Order Manager System has, and always will, keep track of all orders regardless of when they were placed, so this data is not lost. We do this to keep our website database small, and fast - which makes our website faster. If an order is incomplete or is processing still, then it will not be deleted. If you need history for an order which is >180 days old, then you can email us and we can supply this information.
